I have long been a fan of the weather. There are a couple of reasons I am not a storm spotter for SkyWarn, but none of them have to do with not being interested in the weather.
As I type this, I'm uploading a bunch of photos I took this evening. Some of the photos in the album are of the hail that was at my apartment, and some of the damage to the building. (Broken glass) But most of the 22 meg of images going up on Picasaweb are of clouds seen at various locations in the Plymouth/New Hope area.
If you're interested, pictures are at http://picasaweb.google.com/rusty0101/Weather2008May31 and I am going to see if I can find a way to stitch together some panoramas of some of the pictures. So there may be a few more images added in the next couple of hours or days as I work on that.
If you are interested in higher resolution images, let me know. I shoot raw at 6 megapixel, which results in images that are 3040x2024. The images that end up on Picasaweb are down sized to 1536×1022. The panoramics will be a bit larger of course. I won't be posting the raw, or even the 'down sized' images here, as they can have a significant impact on the bandwidth for the website. But I have other places I can cache images for anyone who is interested, for a little while anyway.
